By placing an order through our website or social media channels, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Products & Availability
    All arrangements are handcrafted using natural materials. Each item may vary slightly in color, size, and composition due to the nature of seasonal greens and decorative elements. Availability of certain greens or accents may change without notice.

  2. Orders & Payment
    Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Accepted forms of payment include those listed at checkout. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  3. Delivery & Pickup
    Free delivery is available to addresses within New Tecumseth, Ontario. Deliveries outside this area may incur an additional fee. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details; Evergreens by Nash is not liable for delayed or misdelivered items due to incorrect information.

  4. Custom Orders
    Custom design requests are welcomed. Once a custom order is confirmed and payment received, changes may not be possible due to material preparation timelines.

  5. Use of Website
    All content, images, and designs are the property of Evergreens by Nash and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below:

  1. Eligibility

    • Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    • Products must be returned in their original condition.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

  2. Refund Method

    • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed back to the original form of payment within 5–7 business days.

    • Shipping or delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  3. Non-Refundable Items

    • Custom-designed arrangements are final sale and non-refundable, except in the case of damage during delivery.

    • Because these are natural products, normal variations in color, texture, and arrangement are not considered defects.

  4. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

    • Contact us at evergreensbynash@gmail.com or 705-984-1128 within 48 hours of delivery.

    • Include your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue (photos if applicable).

    • We will review and respond within 1–2 business days.
